The web development agency 'Elitasoft' in collaboration with the accounting agency 'Fer Dil' has created an app that simplifies the tracking of contract expiration dates for employees hired on a fixed-term basis.
With this app, you will be able to enter clients or contractors, their employees, and the dates of their contracts. You will receive notifications on your device two days before an employee’s contract expires. You can check the list of employees to see which contracts are expiring and for which client, allowing you to notify the client in a timely manner. Employees are associated with the clients of your agency. If you are not an agency with multiple clients, but a company that wants to track the contract expiration dates of your own employees, you should enter your company as a client and then add your employees.
How to use the app
Using the app is extremely simple. There are two ways to use it:
- Via your Android phone.
- Via your web browser.
To use the app on your phone, you need to download it from the Google Play Store. Search for 'Elitasoft employee tracking' and you will find it in the search results. Here is the link to the app: Play Store - Elitasoft - Evidencija radnika.

The second way to use the app is through your web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.). You can access it via the following link: Elitasoft - Evidencija radnika. You can log in using the same email and password. If you don't have an account, you can register via this link.
To receive notifications, which are sent two days before an employee’s contract expires, you need to have the app installed on your Android phone.
The user must be registered to log into the app. Enter your name and surname, the name of your company or agency, your email, and the password you will use to log into the app. After entering this information, click on the "Register" button and you will receive an email with a link to verify your account and confirm access to the app. Make sure your email is correct when registering.
After verifying the link, your account is ready, and you can use the app. You log in with your email address used during registration and enter your password. After successfully logging in, you will have access to the navigation menu. You can enter a client and then add employees for that client, along with their start and end contract dates (fixed-term employment). The app checks every morning if you have employees whose contracts are about to expire or have expired. All employees whose contracts expire within 2 days will be added to the list, and this information will be sent to your device. This check is done every morning at 08:30. By entering the app, you will see the employees whose contracts are expiring and notify your client. The client should inform you whether they will extend the contract, offer a permanent contract, or not renew it. If the client rehires the employee on a fixed-term basis, you can update the employee's "End Date" in the app and save the changes. If the client hires the employee permanently, you can deactivate the employee as tracking their contract expiration is no longer needed. You can do this by checking the "Deactivate Employee" option in the employee's profile and saving the changes. Deactivated employees will not appear in the employee list unless you choose to display them.
